Jean, this is the kind of winter beauty we Northerners appreciate, too! I love this hot color. I have another amaryllis just starting to bud, and I'm sure it's supposed to be another "Appleblossom," but the box it came in doesn't have a name anywhere. I may be in for a surprise, too:)

I wonder if it's 'Red Lion'? Think it has a bit of orange in it, but that's judging by one I bought at the big box store so who knows what the real name is!

Don't fret about not having any snow photos. One can live a perfectly wonderful life without snow:)
