I will be using more of the trimmings when the veggie seeds get planted in the ground after it warms up some here. I make a little fence by sticking the rosemary pieces, smaller ones for this job, in a circle around the seeds. The stray cats and the squirrels are repelled by the strong scent and stickiness of the rosemary.
